Dr. Aparo Santiago and Staff are helpful, kind and professional. Dr.Aparo is amazing, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Aparo is very knowledgeable and excellent doctor. I will recommend to others.
From arriving to my appointment to transitioning to the phlobotomy station and then seeing the doctor was a very smooth and swift process. I was very impressed by how efficiently the office was being ran. I was most impressed by thr doctor. He took the time to listen and explained my situation in great detail in a manner that I could understand. He made sure I understood my treatment plan. All around Excellent service.
Dr was late to the appointment. Did not review with me my lab work. He did not examine me. Showed no concern about my thrombophlebitis. He sent me to a cardiologist instead of a vascular doctor. For me the worst Doctor I have ever seen. Will never go there and will not recommend him at all.
