Roberto and Mike were awesome! They arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly went over the pricing with me before starting the work. They were extremely courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable in repairing my eroded gas line pipe. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and communicated every step along the way. I trusted Santhoff plumbing with installing a water softener and reverse osmosis in my home. They are also my official plumber for our properties. Service is prompt and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Very pleased with the job that was done. We had old cast iron plumbing that failed and needed to be replaced. We had questions about how things were going to be done. I was impressed when the owner took the time to reach out and talk to me himself. The job ended up being slightly less complicated than originally anticipated, so after it was completed, they called us to say they’d be refunding us $1000. I will definitely use Santhoff again, and would strongly recommend them to anyone else.
