Falsifying patient reports to benefit her idea of the person and harm them further down the road. our appointment and then the notes to cherry the experience are everything’s that’s wrong with medical care.
I never leave reviews but I feel like I need to so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I called on a Friday around 4 because I was pregnant & having heavy bleeding and just wanted advice on if i should go to the ER or not. Dr.Santerini who was my doctor was paged and was incredibly rude & unprofessional. She told me I should have called during office hours and told me to call back on Monday and gave me no advice on my situation. She gave me adequate time to discuss my concerns and answer questions following examination. I did not feel that she rushed me in the slightest and spent time answering questions. She provided excellent feedback on follow up with my genetic counselor due to some issues I brought up with her.
If I could leave a lower star rating I would. Dr. Santerini was the on call provider for when I called to leave a message for my doctor I see and the person who answered forwarded me to her out of concern. This doctor just told me it was the end of the day and that if I wanted my concern addressed I should have called earlier in a very rude manner.
