Horrible trailer parks. Poor management. Rents raised every year without any justification. Lots of drug activity in their trailer parks. No security. 5 people murdered at Mansard in Lake Station. Not a place for a family to live.
Tri Star Estates Manufactured Home Community: Hate to write a negative review but honestly have noticed such a drastic change especially over the past year or so. We have been here 4 1/2-5 years and have always felt this park is nice. We were aware somewhat of the dramatic history that indicates at least online that there were issues which prompted Santefort Neighborhoods to purchase it in 2013. We also had a nice experience with the sales people in which we purchased directly from in 2020, and made improvements to the home.... read more
Place is a disgrace, whole park looks like a jungle. My 80 year old mother and stepfather have been living in Pleasant Valley since 1974, 50 years. Never been late or behind on lot rent not one time. They have been trying to get tree work done for years and always get lied to by maintenence, "will be back", and never show up. They have to pay $300 to $400 at least twice a year to have sewer drains cleaned for roots in the line, living on a budget. Trees are about to take the power lines down, can't mow grass without tree bra... read more
