These uniform townhomes (or whatever) brought so much traffic to a very small residental area. Once was a simple road with a beautiful view, is now littered with trash and people speeding down the street just to do a u turn at the end. The good news is that these buildings were built and sold so quickly that I wouldn't expect them to last more than a decade before falling apart.
Splendid trails. Amazing views. The terrain is mostly flat and rocky. Easy enough for kids with water running through.
