Mine was a fairly straight forward recall calling for the reprogramming of the onboard computer that was giving a check engine light and code suggesting a failing catalytic converter. My appt was at 3PM and I arrived 20 minutes early and left at 3:06PM. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative, but that assumes that the check engine light remains off and no further problem.
Brian was very friendly and had all my paperwork ready. Buying my new Bronco was a breeze.
Staff were knowledgeable and easy going. I wish the prices for labor weren’t as high, though.
