I have only had one visit so far with this office but they were phenomenal. I scheduled a new patient appointment for the first available which was end of October because I felt some dental issues coming on, and the very next day on a Saturday pain started. Dr Brown is amazing. I found this practice on Yelp and I’m so glad I did. The doctor is honest, patient, and takes the time to really listen to your concerns. He explains things clearly and makes you feel heard and comfortable asking questions. The entire staff has been wonderful, too. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and great at communicating throughout the whole process. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I’ve had such a great experience with them!

I recently moved to Santee & although I loved my previous dental office in Ramona, less driving time has become key in my life. I had a bit of an emergency with a broken crown over the weekend & really wanted to be seen ASAP. The Santee Family Dental practice made it happen today. I am so happy found Dr.Brown as my new dentist. He is great. When I asked him questions, he explained so detail and so easy for me to understand it. 2 of my past dentist never do that. The employees are very nice and great service too, i only wait there for 5 minutes than i already called in for xray and checked with Dr.Brown. not like the other place I have to wait for 30-45 minutes to get call in. I really recommend Santee Family Dental for your best dentist in Santee (location is next to Santee Library).
