I was preparing to wait for hours or days for the power to be restored from Helene's bands of wind and rain. Thankfully, we were w/o power for only 2 hours. My mother is an as needed oxygen patient, so I had some concerns there, but miraculously the power flipped on at 9:30. Thank all of you at Santee Electric for your dedication to customer service. They don't know how to rig a pole light switch. Are light stays on all night and disturbs nature, me and neighbors.
I made a call to there office on the Sumter highway but I never got a answer to my calling them.
