I ordered a "Smart" thermostat because Santee Cooper says it will save me money. I get it and begin it install it and find it does not work. I call the manufacturer and they can't help me. Turns out, I got the wrong Model. I filled out the form before you buy, and I got the wrong one anyway. I call to return it and, because I took it out of the box, they won't take it back. I called an HVAC company to come and get it going. He tells me I need a different model with 2 heat wires, one for auxiliary heat and one for heat, and 1... read more
