Santec responded promptly to my request for repair of lighting in my apartment. Their office text replies were courteous and informative. Their electrician visited my condo several times to ensure that all lighting fixtures were operating. He was also courteous, personable and professionally competent. Very unprofessional. After asking me to provide multiple photos of my service and panel, they refused to provide a quote once they realized I had also requested quotes from other contractors. Totally unprofessional way to do business — it seems their service is not competitive.
