I cannot express the level of customer service that I have received in my 2 visits to Sante group. It was second to none starting with Dr. Silverman she has a sunny disposition and was excellent in her knowledge as we tried figure out a plan for my situation. The ladies who work the front desk were also very friendly and helpful. Purvang the Physiotherapist was very through and when I left my thumb had already started to feel better. Unprofessional and Frustrating – Will NEVER Return! Last Spring, I had an awful experience with Sante Health. I took a day off from work as a "self-care" day, planned activities, and had been looking forward to it for weeks. Unfortunately, the day turned into the complete opposite of what I had envisioned. From massages and physiotherapy to custom orthotics... My experience with Sante group is they go above and beyond. The staff are all wonderful and treat you like family. Dr Silbermann really cares about all patients who come through the door. I have recieved many pairs of orthotics from her over the years. Each time she has stressed how important it is to her, for them to be a perfect fit for me. I always enjoyed going to Sante Health to see Sarah. I had an unexpected emergency that I had to deal with immediately which resulted in a same day cancellation. They have zero flexibility. Be hopeful you don't have an emergency on the same day of an appointment. Full charge. Edit. So very happy the this Dr edited her very long drawn out email she sent to me to make it appropriate for her to post. She can explain the world away. Incredibly poor customer service. As a previous review stated, she is incredibly rude.
