I rarely leave negative reviews, but if I could give Isaac 0 stars, I would. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Isaac misrepresented his experience, failed to deliver what he promised, refused to stand behind his work, and has refused to provide a full refund despite guaranteeing the project.
