I will 1000% recommend Sante / Dr. Ag for years to come. Upon others’ recommendations, I switched providers and started here as a patient when I found out I was expecting twins with my first pregnancy. I had a smooth 9 months with no complications and everyone in the office was wonderful. I especially liked that I could come in as often as I needed or wanted to for ultrasounds, unlike typical hospital settings. That made me feel much more at ease. Dr Agneshwar delivered both of my babies and I could not be happier. He is straight and to the point which I like. His staff is great and the office is comfortable.
There's no denying the office is beautiful, clean and comfortable. His staff is also wonderful. Tho short and rushed, he seems OK until you have problems and basic questions/concerns. Maybe he didn't know the answers or doesn't like his patients to be active in their care, but he acted like a petulant child after I simply asked him some basic questions. He told me I was frustrating, called his nurse in, told me there are 19 other gynos in the area I could see and left. I'm still in shock!
I've been a patient for 7 years now and at first I loved it. However, the last 3 years have been an awful experience. First off, the staff answering the phones are not pleasant to speak with whatsoever. Also, I am paying to see my doctor, so it should be for more than 2 minutes. I feel like my concerns are set on the back burner and they're more worried about getting me in and out quick rather than helping me. Not comforting. I found a new office and hoping this one is a better experience for me
