A disheartening experience – and its sad I won’t be returning. This visit actually out me in tears. I visited Santa's Wrap with the intention of purchasing string lights from a Christmas tree display. When I inquired about the price, the associate needed to confirm with someone else. To my surprise, this person claimed the item was "personally hers," stating details about the lights as if upselling—mentioning they held 3000 lights, cost $180, and would soon return to her home's exterior, and so on and so on.
