Scam... Told us we would only pay $212 per month for unlimited energy, no additional fees. Three months later we got our first bill $384. Would have been cheaper to stay with our provider. Now they claim it will take 2-3 more bills before we are switched back. DO NOT USE!!!!
Santanna Energy Services has always provided competitive gas pricing for our family for several years. I like that they are an Employee Owned Company. Customer service is exemplary. Once my electric energy service expires, I plan to combine them both to Santanna Energy Services. They are a great Company.
Was searching for new rates for my gas supply and found santanna giving me a good price than before, highly recommend
I called today to cancel my account and switch to a different supplier. I spoke to a woman named Val who was super helpful at helping me try and find another plan with Santanna (unfortunately the way my house uses electricity seasonally, it wasn't an option to stay) before explaining how the cancellation will work with switching providers. I couldn't have asked for better service or any better help. I'd consider signing up with Santanna in the future if the rates make sense to do so!
