Did a bait and switch. Gave us a great rate for the first 2 years and then increased our rate 60 percent and when called to ask why and if they could give me a better rate, they offered me a rate higher $20 higher than the one they increased 60 percent. Customer service were nice but the company as a whole is about the almighty dollar.
