No warning at all that natick branch was closing..my 98 yr old mom did all her banking there ..its caused her unnecessary stress at 98 they are heartless
The Natick branch is closed permanently and I don’t miss it
Very good customer service
if I could give zero stars I would. They are inefficient, take long and make customers wait for the simplest of transactions! Manager is full of apologies but not very helpful. Very disappointing
I go to the Natick branch and theyve never been anything but nice to me.
