I went in to service an account and was helped immediately and had no issues. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a bank. Moises Ramos helped and I was out in about 15 minutes. Note: there are no tellers here but there is an ATM.
This is the bank my mother uses. It’s the worse bank I’ve ever had to deal with. I have to keep going to a branch to correct issues a normal bank can do online or customer service. Every time I contact Customer Service, they’re unable to assist and always refer me to a branch. I then have to drag my 91 year old mom to a branch. It took them forever to have app features like Zelle.please don’t sign up to this bank. I highly don’t recommend them.
