Dwight was unprofessional and rude. We walked into an empty branch 50 minutes before the bank closed. Though he was sitting idle when we arrived, he refused to give service claiming his time was limited. We had to argue even to have him hear what our issue was we were coming in for. We walked out and decided to take our business elsewhere. Mr. Dwight claimed his time was limited but truth is his business will be limited.
I was there earlier around 8 and change and there was this lady and I think she works inside, as soon she saw me going in there, she told me I must wait until she got in first before I used to ATM. Isn’t that something, I never heard anything like that in my life.
