Horrible bank, no service at all. They just don’t want customers. Anar is extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t want to open an account and said he was sick. He just left and said: “Goodbuy.”
Anar is absolutely incredible business banking executive... I walked in on a friday i forgot to schedule appointment, Anar still was able to take me in and create my law firm a business checking account and saving account. He was very knowledgeable very friendly. Breath of fresh air compared to most bankers these days
2-6-2022 Just went in to open an account the branch manager was very rude and told me her computer was not working and I would have to make an appointment to open an account I could not walk in and open it.
This is a very bad branch with extremely poor management for conducting business. The staff is very rude and treat you, the customer, with disdain, as if they're doing you a favor. The manager of this branch is very rude and lazy. She speaks to you in a disrespectful, ironic manner as if you are her acquaintance.. Overall, the way she and her staff conduct themselves is unacceptable for a brand-name bank.
