Nothing but good experiences at this bank and branch. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Santander as a company is also very focused on customer service and constantly send out surveys after visiting.
Quite literally the most inefficient and unhelpful bank I have ever been involved with. I have not found anyone there yet who seems to know what to do to just operate properly. Quite a disappointment.
Give your money to literally anyone else. We've been closing out accounts for an estate. We have all the appropriate paperwork. The process consistently takes about 30 minutes. This is not rocket science. We initiated the process with Santander on July 2nd and we still haven't been able to complete it almost 6 weeks later.
