Worst bank customer service ever! 2nd time there - rudely told I needed an appointment to open account & it would be a week or so because they’re busy- yeah I went to bank across street Rockland that couldn’t have been nicer ??? 2 women behind counter with no other customers okay then!! Today - ridiculously won’t cash check on their bank Yeah rude & back the worst why go-don’t!!!

Back in 2018/2019 they were A1 with customer service and super sincere and polite employees, idk now. Just hope it’s still the same!!
