Qué mujeres tan arrogantes, para trabajar en atención al cliente! El día 15 de noviembre solicité una nueva tarjeta, la chica que me atendió tan grosera para atender, de igual no le preste importancia, espere los días hábiles que la chica me indicó que llegaba mi nueva tarjeta al llevar más de 15 días esperando una nueva, vaya sorpresa llamo a la línea de atención y solamente la cancelo y no solicitud una nueva tarjeta a mi dirección. Pésima atención.

Francisco told me that i can’t withdraw my money because my passport was not signed, so he told me to bring a different identification in order to get my money, his excuse was that he was just doing his work of protecting his customers lol lol, i was like protecting from who i am the owner of the account hello!!
