Horrible! I've been with this bank long before purchase by Santander. Numerous times my account balance has been off at times over one thousand dollars. When some of their reps.compare my ledger with statements they find No mistake on my end, yet I never get reimbursed! I don't know where you get off by arbitrarily stopping my card when I went to the store to try and make a purchase I will be in the Doylestown Branch tomorrow morning and I will be canceling my account it is not your place to change my PIN it is not your place to stop my card when it is my money nothing was explained to me as a 60-year-old man that I can understand so I'm just going to move on I will see you in the morning to withdraw my account
the nice lady ms. Rita helped me a lot both times i needed help. she was very funny i must add. but all in all she was very helpful and super nice.
I have never worked so hard to remain a customer with an institution whose employees have failed me at every turn.
They don't provide basic services like notarization that banks traditionally have provided.
