Great people good service
Santander is aweful. Account was hacked. Was told to go to branch. Sat there for over an hour before the man came to tell me he didn't have time to take me. Should have been told the first 10 times he passed me. My time is valuable too! Was hacked then treated like no big deal. Really? Go to another bank. I am the victim but getting treated like horribly. Shame on you Santander. Go to another bank and save yourself a lot of grief. Do your homework and pick one from safest top ten. Guaranteed Santander is not on that list!
Its a great bank with exceptional service and very pleasant associates.
Everything is a big deal, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Had an appointment scheduled with : Team Member: Judith Betancourt Location: 168 South 32nd Street, Camp Hill, PA, 17011 Date/Time: Mon Feb 23 2026 04:00 pm Was there at 4 despite bad weather. Nobody was at the bank, the board says it is open till 5. No way to send a message to anyone. No one picks any phone listed on website. Nobody picks from customer care.
