Excellent service with a very friendly and attentive staff.
I called and was put on hold twice for a long time. A very rude woman finally told me someone from the branch was gonna call me back. Never did! Will look for another institution who cares about their customers. Very bad customer service.
If you read Santander's deposit policies online disregard them! They will do what they want. Holding my in state check from a major well known institution for 5 days, no $225 instant availability, no matching your deposit and no phone call. Your better off with a Credit Union, thank the good lord it's not my main bank!!!!
Hanan Zikry and Sakib Sitjkovic misled me about loan terms. Do not return calls or correct inhouse bank errors. Do not trust their word. Dishonesty here. Trying to resolve problem since Aug. 2.
