This is the worst bank—I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The staff are rude and absolutely terrible.
The customer service is lousy they walk right past you never asking you whether you need help. The tellers disrespect you. The ATM'S never work.
Coming here is an experience like no other. I don't know what the other branches except for the one at 4823 13th Avenue are like, this one and the 13th Avenue branch are two of the worst. Maybe it's because of where they are located in Borough Park. They disrespect you here, and with what Santander is doing is getting them a multitude of 1 star reviews.
