Coming here is an experience like no other. I don't know what the other branches except for the one at 4823 13th Avenue are like, this one and the 13th Avenue branch are two of the worst. Maybe it's because of where they are located in Borough Park. They disrespect you here, and with what Santander is doing is getting them a multitude of 1 star reviews. Beware the tellers there constantly give less money as change.. Ganuvim I withdrew 1500 dollars got back 1400 I asked for 2 rolls of quarters there was 50 cents short in both rolls so got 19 dollars There is always long lines always 2 tellers Beware of the tellers I asked several people they mentioned the same thing they got less money back This bank was once the best but now it's all a bunch of thieves...
