Can not say enough about Betty, the branch manager. Extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. I didn’t interact with a lot of the other staff but they seemed friendly and accommodating to the other customers. Will be back.
Ken Koh is one of the most brilliant bankers and Branch Managers in the Banking Business!! His keen sense of detail and commitment to customer service is beyond phenomenal!! Even if under the weather and not feeling well - Ken moves forward doing the best of the best !! There should be some special reward given to Ken !! Santander is lucky to have Ken Richard Williams
