Ken Koh is one of the most brilliant bankers and Branch Managers in the Banking Business!! His keen sense of detail and commitment to customer service is beyond phenomenal!! Even if under the weather and not feeling well - Ken moves forward doing the best of the best !! There should be some special reward given to Ken !! Santander is lucky to have Ken Richard Williams

I’ve been banking at Santander bank at 1 Harvard Street in Brookline for years and have always been happy and satisfied with the services and employees. Assistant vice president, and the branch manager Ken Ko has always been super helpful, completely willing to go out of his way to make sure everything is done correctly and properly. I have also worked with Peter Tous and Diana, both of whom are just as nice and helpful every time I needed them. This is a great team! Thank you, Mona pooladvand
