When I called and spoke to someone before my shift they promised me they'd help take care of me. I went to the branch after work, and the Manager Ken was so rude and he acted surprised when I told him that. I know im not the only one who has said this but he definitely is on a power trip cause he's a "manager" he's one of the bad bosses which reminds me why I left this place years ago

Manager Ken has such a horrible behavior . Worst experience. He does not even have the slightest of intention to help Customer. I came here to read the comments to see, is it only me or anyone else on my line. I see everyone who gave poor review purely on Ken. Neither does he know to behave with Customer nor to his own staff (I see even this one repeated in another comment).
