Poorly managed branch. Tellers are inexperienced, vindictive, or both. The manager is absent. The assistant manager is rude. The branch opened late. Basic transactions like cash a withdrawal take 45 minutes and require multiple forms of id, text message code and a phone call to corporate. While you wait, you can listen to the other customers being mistreated.
I've always had excellent experience in this particular branch. And also the one in Lawrence. The one in North main Street and over is not as hospitable the last time I went. But I understand the management was changed so maybe it's better now.
This bank has the nicest people. Because of a promotion, i created an account. Was a breeze. Everyone is very personable.
