I have had Santander accounts for 7 years never had a problem with dealing with other branches. This Lodi location I spoke with Luiza Carvalho about opening a business account since I have banked with them for so many years. She immediately told me I was not approved could not tell me why and I called to the corporate office they stated she never submitted business paperwork for approval.
