To open a bank account my wife and I were assisted by Ormailda Male. She's knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, patient, and courteous.
The staff are always very friendly and happy to help I’m always greeted with a wholesome welcoming hello by name and whatever I may need I know the staff will deliver
Drive up Atm buttons are really worn out. Also the height of the atm is horrible for truck sized vehicles.
Horrible service, every time I go in they question why I’m taking out so much money. Last time handed me all my money no envelopes just stacks of 2,000. Completely unprofessional and ignorant. Worst bank ever on a scale 1-100 I’d say very Ghetto. Never again! Ever! Worst branch in Worcester!
