The $225 promotional deposit, seems more like a scam to get you to open an account, though I met the requirements, they've been using some overdraft as not having the account up to date,in Order I think not to deposit the promotional bonus..they wait to one's account is not up to date,then they decide to credit the bonus, knowing it won't go through..big scam..very unsatisfied customer.

I have been laughed at twice by employees....most recently by Ashley (id # 811810) they refused to verify my husband's employment after he apparently embarassed the loan officer, John McNana, by doing the math on their shady refinancing deal in his head (John needed a calculator) then denied us due to inability to verify income, EVEN THOUGH WE PULLED THE PLUG. How does that work?
