the other 1 star reviews about communication are 100% true. Told me I would be called in 2 weeks. 6 weeks go by. I tried for DAYS to reach someone there. After an hour of calling I reach someone and my equipment has been sitting waiting for my approval for weeks. Then I got hung up on again. Done.
Unless you don’t want your equipment back for months and wish to receive terrible customer service, find a better place. Multiple calls to ask when my equipment would be finished only to hear it would take another week or they would call me back (which they never do), 2 months later they say it’s done, drive an hour to get and of course they weren’t done yet and would be a few more hours….I asked to speak to owner about the issue and “they are too busy”, shocking…save your sanity and pick a better place.
