My car was fixed but I never gotten any type of paperwork on what was actually fixed for warranty reasons when I picked up my car they were too busy and was supposed to email me I never got it. I’ve tried over and over to stop by or get email and was told it’s the same one the insurance company sent but they didn’t either so only thing I know is my car was fixed but no reassurance of exactly what..!!
I took my car to Santana’s on Monday 10/27/25 to get an estimate/quote for the damages caused by a few accidents I had. I was very happy with the price and decided to go with the repairs. They fixed my front bumper, fender, and rear bumper. I got my car today 10/31/25. I had my Mach-E repaired at Andrew Santana’s body shop after sustaining front bumper and headlight damage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
