Very unprofessional, the word compassion means nothing to them, I first signed a contract for a amount of money, then because my relative was over wight, I was asked for $1,100.00 more, my relative was supposed to be sent to El Salvador, I was told one week in advance (10/20/17) that he was going to be shipped on 11/27/2017, I went ahead and purchase flight tickets for the family to travel that same Friday, on 11/26/17 I was told that he was going to be shipped on Monday 11/30/17. on that Monday ... read more
