We bought a used Toyota forklift and had a great experience with Santana. I cannot say enough great things about our rep Alex and his team. They are excellent to do business with and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them!
Bought a "Rebuilt" forklift from Rick. When it was delivered we parked it for 2 weeks until we needed to use it. We just went to use it and All belts squeak and low power and when i call they say sorry we only give a week warranty even though the hour meter hasnt moved since dropped off. Buyers beware and do your due diligence. My fault I suppose for trusting a legit business without driving north to see it. Would not recommend to anyone, just poor customer service but they did cash the check fast!!
