Very unprofessional I was at my appointment on time and she didn’t even show up, got a late text saying how sorry she was that she fell asleep, I then asked if she could schedule me in the same day she didn’t reply until late in the day saying she couldn’t. I then asked for my deposit back and have yet to receive it. Don’t recommend.

Very bad customer service from the owner she was rude .. i inboxed her and didn’t reply until 2 days later .. and when she did she didn’t even greet me , even though my text was very kind .. just said yes and sent me a screenshot of availability .. after i told her when was convenient for me i also asked her where to send the deposit she left me on read for a day even though she was available when i requested her . so i just blocked her i wouldn’t recommend booking here
