excellent customer service!! I purchased a Dodge promaster from this company. They had to replace the transmission & AC system within the 1st month. Now 2 months later I have to replace the transmission again due to SANTANA Auto mechanics used silicone caulking instead of a seal which allowed all the fluid to leak out and damage the transmission. On top of that I had to replace the AC system again because they screwed it up. HORRIBLE COMPANY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE ATHURTOIES AND PUT IN JAIL. 20K FOR THE VAN AND 6500 IN REPAIRS... My husband and I went to see a truck today at Santana Auto and it did not disappoint. Al was amazing. He was professional courteous and made sure everything was perfect before we drove off. Never had such a pleasant experience with a car dealer. And the truck well it’s amazing everything he promised and so much more great guy to work with and excellent craftsmanship Thank You!!
Al was easy to work with. We found the right work truck and the process was easy. Truck needed a few minor adjustment and as promised Al took care of it. Would not hesitate to do business with Santana Auto again.
I got a car there with some stuff to fix and it didn't happen, i had to pay for all repairs, they told me that they will cover everything but they didn't, i paid over 4k fixing it, and never got answers from them. Nices cars, but be careful, they don't run warranty, Al sounds like a nice guy but always says that he has 700 clients and don't have any time to cover warranty.
