Buddy was a dumb girl for me! Everyone at Santa Rosa Tile was so nice, from Freya who helped us narrow our focus, to Sandee who did some math for me. I suspected that my contractor asked me to buy more (nonreturnable) tile than we needed and Buddy offered to call the contractor to confirm. I wasn't prepared to be a dumb girl and I couldn't be more grateful to the folks at Santa Rosa Tile for helping me order just the right amount. I wish I needed to tile something else, just to hang out with these nice people more.
They were soo helpful, very patient, and gave incredible advise. They were supportive when I had issues with my tile installer and helped me pivot when I had to. I could not have survived my tile project without them. I am so appreciative!
The customer service in this store is exceptional. Kacey Williams helped me find just the right tile and accent pieces to make my dream bathroom a reality. I am most appreciative. AND they had everything on-site so installation could happen immediately! Thank you Santa Rosa Tile Supply!
We had some major foundational work done at our home and we unexpectedly had to remodel our bathroom. We were complete newbies about the process and did not know what we wanted.
