I called Santa Rosa RV for assistance with the slide out on my keystone hideout and they fit me in right away for inspection of the problem. They discovered the tracks were misaligned so they ordered new tracks and got them installed promptly because they knew I was using my rv up in sea ranch while I was doing a job. I recently pulled my electrical cord unit off my trailer before heading out on a Friday. They were ALL so helpful, tried a couple of ways and got me back on the road to camp. David the mechanic was awesome,and Brent at the counter , even the owner was involved to get us fixed without waiting all day. Great sevice, amazing selection of trailers for sale and easy to work with. Highly recommend this business!
SRRVS had the exact trailer we wanted. We felt good going to check it out as the reviews were good for this dealership. Jay was our salesman and was really friendly from the get go and patient as we were selling our house and had to wait for funds. He followed up with us a couple of times but never pressured us to buy the trailer now.
