Service was awesome and a big change from the past. Although it took some time to get an appointment, we figured we’d need to leave our 5th wheel for weeks for warranty work like in the past. When I arrived they fixed both issues on the spot in less than half an hour.
I purchased my Grand Design Solitude new in 2023 from Santa Rosa RV and have been happy with the 5th wheel over the past few years and especially happy with the service department. Trailers and 5th wheels tend to have minor issues during their lifetime and finding a dealership that was close to home and responsive was important to me. We brought our travel trailer in for fairly complex roof repairs, and overall the team did a solid job. They were thorough in making sure the work was done correctly and even consulted the manufacturer to ensure everything was restored to excellent condition. That said, attention to detail could be improved. When we picked up the trailer, there were noticeable greasy streaks running down the sides, likely from cleaning solvents used on the roof during the repair process.
