THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! This past weekend, sept 20 and 21 there was a big tradeshow at the fairgrounds in Sonoma. My bosses were there. We had a large booth and it's our 3 year at this show. I am in charge of making sure they have every single thing they need. I rented a 26 foot moving truck. Got everything loaded and sent them on there way. Friday the 20th was the first day. I got a call from one of my bosses asking where we're the brochures they hand out to every potential customer? I froze! OMG! I did not pack the brochure... read more
Great prints, easy to work with until it came time to pay. They charged far more than the quote, $30 extra for two postcard size proofs. When I asked for clarification on the pricing, the owner became very angry & made to cancel the transaction altogether. Won’t be using this service again.
Great quality, fast, and the customer services was great! Highly recommend!
The staff is very rude. Customer service is unacceptable. I would be embarrassed if I would be owner.
