Appt was fast and easy. Took me back into exam room at the time of my appt. Had a staff person do the pre-exam and only waited a few minutes for the dr. He was thorough and answered all my questions.
What a pleasant experience! Short wait to see Charles Barnes. He didn't make us feel rushed out; took time to explain my trigger finger and made sure we understood our options. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
Excellent bedside manner, explained everything clearly, & didn't make me feel rushed. Staff was excellent as well. Very pleasant, courteous, & prompt.
There was no problem making an appointment. The staff was friendly and kind. Procedure ( x-Ray) was done with ease. Dr. Bookout was through in explaining the procedure.
