I've had nicer experiences in the past... but not going to lie I feel like they threw me to the dogs this time around. I wasn't told any further instructions on having to go ro separate clinic/hosptials for labs (Navarre) and for x-rays (Pensacola). I found that out on my own looking at my portal. Tried to get my x rays done at the same place as my labs cause its an easier drive. Called a day ahead for them to fax it. I waited in an exam room for 45 minutes where I listened to the staff call patients and discuss lab results, bladder infections, and even talk about patients with each other! It was so extremely uncomfortable that I finally decided to leave the office and seek care elsewhere. However, when I left the exam room- the staff seemed surprised and quickly put their masks on and got the doctor. I felt bad for the doc because when she finally came in, she seemed So disorganized. I used to see Dr. Skelly here and always had a positive experience. I’ve had my PCM as Charles Windfelder for the past couple years and couldn’t be more satisfied with a doc. He is always very attentive, hearing and empathizing which always gives me the feeling of genuine care. He explains the care plan forward in easy to explain instructions without making everything seem as “clinical”.

Changing our pcm from this place to someone else. Cant believe how long it took to get a referal for my daughters broken arm. We saw them the 4th its now the 7th shes still in a sling and after calling them daily it took my husband and i going in person to get the referral pushed through. The second office handling the referral tried to tell me my daughter wouldnt be seen for another 72 hours! I had to call orthopedics myself who were wonderful and have an appointment for my daughter tomorrow morning. This was ridiculous.
