June 2008 - I took my 88 yr old Grandmother on orders from her social worker. We and everyone in the waiting room had a 6-7 hour wait to just be called into the back. Then another 3 hours or so inside. Yet, when you see the urgency of the staff to care for these sick & hurting people who have come for help, they couldnt care less.
