I've loved going to this location. The staff are wonderful, caring, and very welcoming. And I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes!
I called this facility several times as well as the Oxnard location. The girl I left the message said, she'd mark the message urgent for Dr. Tina (nurse). NEVER 1 call back. This was to get a new prescription that Dr. Tina had ordered for my husband. The pharmacy couldn't fill it. Finally a grievance associate from the pharmacy helped me....but, still no prescription given to us.
Horrible Experience I went because scheduling office schedule me here . Lisa I think that’s her name. Comes in says if I am a new patience I said I usually go to the one in Oxnard but they schedule me here because my doctor didn’t have any appointments until the following month . She says well if you are here you can’t go back to your doctor you’ll be a patience here .
