Nice place, large pool.
Have rented from a private owner for years and also a rental service for another unit, all are different since they are individually owned. Quiet neighborhood with a really nice pool and clubhouse area. Did stay at building 10 in May 2026 and the elevator notice says the safety inspection expired August 2025z
The room was really nice plenty of room super clean. Our air bnb had a wagon, umbrellas, sand castle and water toys for the beach or pool. Views were great of the sound and they have a long dock you can walk out on. It’s a quick walk across the road to the beach. Easy walk to peg leg Pete’s if you don’t wanna drive anywhere. Lastly we ran into the owner of our room and they were real nice and made us feel welcomed.
