The worker at the front right end should be suspended. Started raising her voice over the entire full lobby at an elderly couple in their 70-80s. Who was speaking at a soft tone. Then was disturbingly rude to them, and after they left the worker still PUBLICLY AND LOUDLY discussed their PRIVATE business to the workers next to her where the entire lobby could hear for MULTIPLE minutes.
