I recently got married and went in to change my last name. It also happened we were moving addresses within town, so I was trying to do 1 birds 1 stone and change all at once. Lisa was passive aggressive and not helpful. I showed her the power initiation email confirmation, the logged in accounts for water, but because I didn’t have an actual bill yet, she wouldn’t change it for me. This office is nothing like the one in Milton. Customer service is terrible. Appointments don't matter.

Horrible customer service! Rude staff. Long lines. They are totally ok issuing a drivers license with a persons eye closed. Avoid at if at all possible.

I recently visited this location and had a mixed experience. The staff member who initially greeted me was courteous and helpful, which I appreciated. However, my interaction at the service counter was less positive. The office was not busy at the time, yet the clerk who assisted me did not offer a greeting and instead used a hand gesture to call me forward.
