Worst, uncaring staff I ever experienced. No one EVER answers the phone there and it was just a big waste of my time. Doctors were good but I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone. The whole staff needs fired and they need to hire caring people.
Went down today for the first time to see what it takes to be seen. Since I have never utilized anything like this. I'm pretty sure the clinic itself will be great. The lady that worked the front desk today. Was very short and not healthful. She acted like I was a bother to talk too. I had to drag out the information that I thought I might need. And still the only answer I got was bring proof of income with u and be back before 4:10 p.m there was no application to fill out or do I could take it and fill it out prior to a nee... read more
3 years and still stuck with this place. Phone doesn't work. Have to drive up to get anything scheduled and done. However the worst is they STILL have the same, definition of incompetent, referral coordinator working there. People are waiting on their healthcare items for weeks and months while this lady still has a job year after year.
