Roosevelt Page Jr is my husband and y'all had gave him his lab work and an order to go to a kidney specialist the nurse that did this also gave us two people's private confidential information it was their social security number everything that we should have never received if we were bad people we could have stole them people's identity need to not be doing that when somebody calls and asks a question about themselves or their other it needs to be answered promptly and nicely
