The first person I spoke to actively listened, and put me in contact with Bill, who has multiple decades of experience building gates, the project I needed steel for. Bill spent over 30 minutes speaking with me; answering questions, sharing knowledge, making suggestions, even some much needed corrections due to my lack of knowledge/experience.
