Over a year ago i came to this behavioral center to ask for help. I was in a position that was not socially healthy for me. I was falling into depression, financial ruin and having thoughts that I'd never had before. I was about to become a senior citizen , homeless, hopeless and I did not know what to do. I was assigned to a counselor over the phone today named Juan. I talked to Juan for 30 minutes, until he said hold on for one minute, I waited for six. He got back on the phone and said "oh I'll call you right back". I get a call back from the front office saying that oh would you like to be transferred to another counselor? Juan didn't say anything to me. If he didn't want to help me, he could have just said that. How typical of a man to walk away from a problem. They force you to see only a specific doctor and withhold your meds if you don’t make an appointment to see them in spite of filing a grievance against the doctor. They won’t allow you to see a different provider. Avoid this clinic.
