I am very please with the services and the attention given to my son. Deborah keeps in touch with us calling and checking on us this means a lot. Deborah updates us on everything we are working on and calls made in our favor. Angela has worked on and won my son's trust and he openly talks to her and follows guidelines. They rarely follow up on anything. Been there about 5 years and my mental health is deteriorating.
Over a year ago i came to this behavioral center to ask for help. I was in a position that was not socially healthy for me. I was falling into depression, financial ruin and having thoughts that I'd never had before. I was about to become a senior citizen , homeless, hopeless and I did not know what to do. I was assigned to a counselor over the phone today named Juan. I talked to Juan for 30 minutes, until he said hold on for one minute, I waited for six. He got back on the phone and said "oh I'll call you right back". I get a call back from the front office saying that oh would you like to be transferred to another counselor? Juan didn't say anything to me. If he didn't want to help me, he could have just said that. How typical of a man to walk away from a problem.
