I was assigned to a counselor over the phone today named Juan. I talked to Juan for 30 minutes, until he said hold on for one minute, I waited for six. He got back on the phone and said "oh I'll call you right back". I get a call back from the front office saying that oh would you like to be transferred to another counselor? They force you to see only a specific doctor and withhold your meds if you don’t make an appointment to see them in spite of filing a grievance against the doctor. They won’t allow you to see a different provider. Avoid this clinic.
It’s not the best but boy is it good, there’s really good people here a little bit and it’s really good to just get your stuff.
