I'm picky with the mechanics and repair shops that touch my car and although my experience here was brief, it was great and will warrant my repeat business. I dealt with Chuck (who I believe is the owner) and customer service was top notch. I made an appointment to drop off my car to have the code pulled for a CEL. It turns out I forgot to fully tighten my gas cap... doh! They cleared the code and I came to pick up my car for no charge. Definitely no complaints!
The Absolute Best, Most Honest Mechanic Anywhere! – I've been going to Chuck for years and was referred by one of my best friends who also has been going to Chuck for over 20 years. He keeps cars running like new and is the kindest, most honest (along with his dad and the rest of the team!) mechanic and person. Excellent car radiator repair service – Wow! This business has been in Santa Monica since 1923. This was unlike any experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. The owners Chuck and Harold are part of the family that originally started the business. When I called on the phone they were extremely friendly and offered to do a free inspection of my cooling system.
