Small company with only 2 technicians. Slow to reply. Uncomfortable with major plumbing issues.
We have been using the services of Marco and his team at Santa Monica Plumbing and Heating for over 4 years now and they are top notch! They fixed the problems caused by the over priced rip off plumber that I hired before finding SMP&H. Professional, friendly, reasonably priced and on time. Can't ask for more than that! Having a great plumber provides us with a peace of mind.

Over the last 4 years I've had great response from Santa Monica Plumbing & Heating. Not only is their rescue time great (like once Marco came within the hour after a gardening crew broke the main water line - ouch!), but members of the crew like Manny actually take the time to explain how things work, and help you understand why things need fixing, or don't.
